JointPay Merchant Integration Terms and Conditions

 

The User Registration Form, E-Sign Consent, Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Chargeback Policy (collectively referred to as the "Agreement") set forth the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of the services ("Services") provided by Rajkamal recharge private limited.

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you — the user of the platform (whether acting as a buyer, seller, or service partner) — and Rajkamal recharge private limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”), outlining your rights and responsibilities while using our platform or APIs.

Throughout this Agreement, the terms "User", "you", and "your" refer to any person or entity using our Services, whether as a buyer, seller, or any other permitted role, as applicable.

This document is a critical legal agreement that you must read carefully before choosing to use any services provided by Jointpay. It forms the foundation of your relationship with us and outlines your responsibilities, rights, and associated risks when using our platform.

We strongly advise you to review the full terms of this Agreement, along with all linked policies (including the Privacy Policy, Chargeback Policy, and Terms of Use), before proceeding. This Agreement also explains how to use Jointpay’s services securely and highlights specific risks involved in online financial transactions.

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction in connection with your business and your use of Jointpay’s API Services.

 

Acceptance of Terms

 

By clicking the “Accept” button, registering, integrating our APIs, or using any part of the Jointpay platform or services, you expressly agree to be bound by this Agreement and all its terms and conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of the Agreement, you must click “Decline.” Jointpay will then cancel any ongoing onboarding, and you will not be permitted to access or use any part of the service.

 

📝 Contract Validity and Activation

 

This Agreement will be considered valid and binding only after:

You submit all required user/business information;

Jointpay completes its due diligence and verification;

A formal confirmation is sent to you from Jointpay, notifying you that onboarding is complete.

1. Account Registration

 

To use JointPay services, you must register with accurate, complete, and updated information. Providing false or misleading details may lead to suspension or termination of your account. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure.

 

2. User Responsibilities

 

You must not upload or share illegal, harmful, or unauthorized content.

You agree to use the services legally and ethically, and only through the authorized JointPay interface.

Any misuse of services (like bots, scripts, or hacking) is strictly prohibited.

You cannot resell or duplicate our services without written permission.

 

3. Content & Data Usage

 

By sharing your data or content on JointPay, you grant us the right to use it for service operations, compliance, and improvement.

We may store and share data with regulatory bodies as required by law.

Offensive or inappropriate content may be removed without notice.

 

4. Communication

 

By using JointPay, you agree to receive updates and notifications from us via email or the app.

 

5. Age & Eligibility

 

You must be 18+ years old or a legally recognized entity to use JointPay. Non-resident users must comply with Indian laws and their local laws, taking full responsibility for any legal implications.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All content on JointPay (text, logos, media, etc.) belongs to us or our partners. You may not reuse or modify any content without permission.

 

7. Liability

 

You’re solely responsible for the content you share and any actions taken through your account. JointPay is not liable for losses caused by misuse or unauthorized access.

🔐 Security Guidelines

 

Do not try to access unauthorized data or accounts.

Do not hack, scan, test vulnerabilities, or attack our system.

Do not send spam, viruses, or flood our network.

Any such activities may lead to account suspension, legal action, and reporting to authorities.

 

🚫 Prohibited Services & Transactions

 

You are not allowed to use JointPay for any services related to:

Adult content, escort services, or pornography.

Alcohol, tobacco, or drugs (including marijuana & paraphernalia).

Weapons, explosives, or dangerous materials.

Fake documents like IDs, licenses, diplomas.

Pirated software, music, videos, or counterfeit products.

Gambling, betting, lottery, or online casinos.

Hacking tools, illegal software, and copyright circumvention.

Offensive content, hate speech, or materials promoting violence.

Endangered species or related products.

Unverified medicines, miracle cures, or health scams.

Cryptocurrency trading, virtual currency exchanges, and money laundering.

Get-rich-quick, MLM, pyramid schemes, or work-from-home scams.

Spam tools, mailing lists, or unsolicited marketing.

Any activity banned by Indian law, TRAI, or government regulation.

Linking to JointPay without written permission is prohibited.

 

💻 System Requirements

 

JointPay doesn’t guarantee compatibility with all browsers or systems.

Users are responsible for using updated, compatible devices to access services.

 

🧠 Intellectual Property

 

All content (text, logos, code, graphics) on JointPay is owned by Tapits Technologies.

You cannot reuse, copy, or distribute anything from JointPay without written permission.

 

🔒 Confidentiality

 

If you access any sensitive information (like internal systems, customer data, or business strategies), you must:

Keep it secure and confidential.

Never share it without written approval.

Ensure your systems do not store card or sensitive user data.

Exceptions apply only if:

The data is already public or lawfully obtained from other sources.

Required by law with prior notice to us.

If any breach occurs, inform us immediately. We may take legal action if needed.

 

 

1. Fraudulent Transactions

 

Jointpay may suspend the settlement of any transaction reported as fraudulent by banks or card networks.

If a chargeback occurs, it will be resolved according to the chargeback process outlined in the Terms of Use.

 

2. Authorization

 

By using Jointpay services, users authorize Jointpay to:

Hold, receive, and disburse funds on their behalf.

Initiate electronic funds transfers between buyers and the user’s designated bank account.

This authorization is valid until the Jointpay account is closed or terminated.

 

3. Customer Payment Instructions

 

Customers must ensure all payment instructions are properly authenticated and complete.

Jointpay is not responsible for any failure in processing payments due to:

Incorrect payment details.

Insufficient customer funds.

Force majeure events or system issues.

Confirmation of successful payment is sent to the customer's registered mobile number via SMS.

 

4. Charges / Fees

 

Users are liable for any third-party charges incurred during service usage.

Jointpay may apply service fees and collect them through:

Direct debits from user accounts, or

Issuing invoices for payment.

Late payments may incur interest charges or result in temporary service suspension.

 

5. Right to Suspend or Close User Accounts

 

Jointpay may suspend or terminate user accounts under the following conditions:

Fraudulent KYC documents submitted.

Misrepresentation of business category (e.g., posing as a general store while operating an unauthorized service).

Violation of:

These Terms of Use,

Other agreements with Jointpay, or

Applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Suspension will remain until compliance is confirmed by Jointpay.

 

6. Privacy Commitment

 

Your Privacy, Our Priority
By accepting these Terms of Use, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to our policies, including our comprehensive Privacy Policy. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us.

 

7. Legal Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

 

Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. All disputes or legal proceedings arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts and tribunals in Mumbai, India.

 

8. Service Usage and Non-Transferability

 

Non-Transferable Rights to Use the Service
The services provided are strictly non-transferable and meant solely for the registered user. However, JointPay reserves the right to transfer or assign its rights under these Terms of Use. Any mandate provided in favor of JointPay will remain valid and binding on successors and assigns.

 

9. Clause Validity

 

Severability of Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, it will be considered omitted. All remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and enforceable. Any such clause will be replaced with a valid provision that best reflects the original intent.

Support & Service Timelines
For any technical issues, please contact us by raising a ticket from your service dashboard or email us at info@jointpay.in. We strive to deliver services within 15 working days of bank approval. If we fail to meet this timeline, you may cancel the service request and receive a full refund.
